Our supplementing and claims negotiations are based around code compliance. If a building practice is written in code, then it is a requirement in restoring the property. We categorize the process as Approval, Partial, or Denial.
Important: There is no guarantee on the outcome of claims negotiations. We prepare all our files to move into the Appraisal process and eventually the Legal Process depending on the circumstances of the claim.
